The most important thing about this software is its customer service, they are always willing to help whenever needed. I like that this software has many features, allowing me access from anywhere with an internet connection! It also allows for very easy tracking/reporting options as well - which was important since we are such big data companies ourselves (we sell our own platform). We've been able to streamline some processes but haven't found anything specific yet where there's room for improvement or new functionality needed.
