Effectively eliminates chronic dandruff/seborrheic dermatitis. Well I've used this shampoo twice and haven't had any problems with dandruff so far. So it seems to be working so far. My three star rating relates to the overall performance of the shampoo, especially considering the higher price. I was having terrible dandruff from using sulfate free shampoo (this is non-negotiable as I have very curly hair, color it and do keratin straightening procedures) and found a recommendation for this thing.
