Needs a small modification (cutting out) of the fan cover but nothing major. Several entries are available online. I find that the water flow is much better with this one piece. My mechanic did the install and he couldn't believe it was an OEM part 2. It's much cheaper and once installed it's a complete solution. I can highly recommend the change.

I kept removing the upper radiator hose from my '08 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8. The standard hose consists of 2 separate hoses with a plastic elbow connecting them together. After the upper radiator hose came loose for the 4th time in 2 months I purchased this one piece hose and have had no problems since. Installation was easy. No changes required. Edit 11/02/16: It's been over 3 years with this hose and I've had no problems.
