Fits FJ Cruiser

Installs in seconds. The price is reasonable. Can't comment on durability but they seem almost as solid as the originals.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Low maintenance

Like New 08' FJ

Great value and easy replacement for my 08' FJ Cruiser cowl stays. It took about 10 minutes to replace the old ones and install this one. Now my range hood is like new.

Cons

Perfect fit, easy installation.

Each installation took about 30 seconds. Simply pry off the clip with a flathead screwdriver and remove the posts. New ones are inserted without removing the clamps. It's probably easier to move the hood up and down than trying to fold the strut down to fit the space.

Pros
  • A dream come true
Cons
  • New competitors appeared

Unhappy Customer

So I have this item that I urgently need for my hood or denial. I get new ones but they don't work properly, they don't break down, the shock absorbers don't work, they get stuck, very unhappy, now I have to buy new ones, don't buy from this seller. Selling inferior products

Pros
  • Easy to Read Control Panel
Cons
  • No Form Required

Strong and smooth! suitable for shock absorbers, struts and suspensions

Pleasantly surprised! Simply bend the clip and insert the studs. I put the first one on and it held the hood fairly tight so I could easily attach the opposite side. Powerful and smooth operation! Now I can open the hood, release the latch and carefully raise it just a few inches, and the struts take over and lift the hood all the way up. Wonderful.

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • Silence

Great fit good quality for your FJ Cruiser

They fit my 2008 FJ Cruiser with no problems. The old racks were factory and sinking. Even though they still hold the hood, I have to push them all the way in before it holds. It was a dangerous situation. These shelves appear to be well made and fit together perfectly. The large cylinder lifts up during installation and attaches to the hood attachment point. Insert a flathead screwdriver under the old post's metal brackets and pry outward to loosen each connection point. It's easier to have…

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
