Great product! I had no major problems installing them on my 2000 4runner. Worth the money if you don't want to buy all new racks.

Gaskets appeared to be of excellent quality but that was all that was in my box. The box appears to have been opened and sealed several times with tape. I do not recommend.

In my case the kit raises the truck almost 3 inches. 2.88 inches increased. I'm only saying this is a 4 star product because I was disappointed with the workmanship of my product. The holes in the front rubber pad were not perfectly round and mold was evident.

Not available with fenders or stabilizer bush as specified. Be sure to purchase a differential lowering kit if you are going to raise more than 1.5 inches in height. Otherwise your CV axles will become heavily coupled and cause front end vibration. The product only has a good rating because it only comes with a lift and not everything they have listed.

Daystar products are great and the installation method for this new kit is amazing, no strut disassembly. Brilliant! My only complaint would be in the description of the kit which is a specific part number that it includes BUMPS and BOOTS, neither of these items appeared in the kit. If this is the norm, then the description should be changed so as not to deceive buyers and not change expectations. Otherwise great product, easy installation and good price. gratitude

Quality parts Relatively easy to install but note there are NO "DRAWERS AND BOOTS" as described. Contains only gaskets and screws. Luckily I installed the new shocks that came with the boots anyway, but it would have been nice to have the larger bumpers that I expected. Also an installation tip: be very careful not to stretch the ABS lines. They're very expensive and delicate, and it doesn't last long. The overall look, stance and handling are great. Just disappointed with the bumps.

Bought this kit for my sons 2wd Toyota 4runner 1997 release. This particular kit requires the front springs to be removed from the shock, which requires a spring compressor and a little more mechanical skill. The instructions are a bit vague, but once you start installing everything will become clear. Be sure to loosen all of the control arm bolts so they can fall off and make room for the longer shock assembly. After completing the lift, the car must be wheel aligned. In general I am satisfied

The kit itself is fine and my 4runner actually rides smoother and handles well and installs. I'm a mechanic so this is a typical job for me but someone who knows how to do it can install everything in half a day. The instructions and customer support are the reason I gave it 3 stars over 5.
