Item is good but they don't tell you that you may need to drill some holes in the cab and most likely a longer mounting bolt for the back of the cab.

Drilling to install new screws was unexpected. The task went from simple to much more complex. I love the 1 inch lift he gave me but wish I knew what to drill ahead of time!

I bought this a few years ago for my 2003 Tacoma Double Cab and just found time to install it. The guide is extremely poor in every respect. The details of the bed went pretty easy. The included screws are too large to fit through the case onto the heatsink bracket. The instructions say the long bolts should go in the front, but when I removed the body bolts, the rear cab bolts were the longest. I had to buy smaller diameter 5" bolts for the radiator mount and 6" bolts for the rear of the cab…
