    Works great with a custom box for Nissan Titanium that is not.

    This sub hit! works great with a custom box for nissan titan that doesn't have much space. It doesn't take up much space but gives a nice clean sound! worth a lot more than the price. I had an extra hit after installation, but the support team replaced my device immediately with no issues. Will definitely buy it again if I look again!

    Solid subwoofer.: Car electronics

    I used two of these in two separate passive DIY subwoofers. Connect each set of connectors (it's a dual voice coil speaker if you're wondering what DVC stands for) to a different (dedicated) amplifier channel, not the best solution but easy. Sounds normal to me, but I'm quite old and my hearing has deteriorated. These speakers are quite heavy and feel pretty solid. One was used to replace a fairly decent Klipsch subwoofer.

    Great quality and louder than it looks

    I've been using one of these for several years in a special sturdy case made for it by an enlightened friend. I love the sound, the bass is superb in a 'small' car (Prius C and Honda Del Sol), I'm not very familiar with the world of car stereos but as a musician and techie I've never had the best subwoofer I've ever had in my life and it sounds better than the 15 inch subwoofer I have for my virtual drum kit. Definitely worth the price, I recommend the sealed case.

    Outstanding sub! - Subwoofer

    I've been wanting a subwoofer for my 2015 Z06 for a long time. I have limited space considering Targa storage and daily driving needs. On the advice of caraudio.com/forum I settled on a single 10" Dayton in a sealed 0.6 cu ft wedge box, fitted with a JBL 5501 mono amp. 550 watts into 2 ohms. IMPRESSIVE!     Amazing sound quality subwoofer for $135? Yes, turn right here

    This sub is real. This sub replaces jl audio 10w6 which some of you know how good they are. The Dayton can really use a little juice. I have a JL Audio 600/1v3 connected to a single Dayton Ho 10 and it's eating it up. There is no exit downstairs. Are you worried about the low level? Doesn't have to be, Dayton digs even deeper than my w6. I chose a vented case at 35 Hz. Can't comment on durability yet as I just installed this beast today. But I can give my first impression.     Digs deep and hits hard

    I installed this sub in my truck two days ago so I can't yet confirm its reliability. However, this thing moves a lot of air and very little in a very compact sealed box, especially for a single 10 inch amp. S400BT and it's very impressive. The accuracy of this subwoofer is superior to my previous 15" Phoenix Gold and does not distort at high volumes.
