Get ready with Nut and Bolt

I have a 1996 BMW 328I, the alternator had no threads in the rear bracket, how to use the nut and bolt, everything else works fine

If you have an E36, do yourself a favour.

If you have an E36, do yourself a favor and buy a larger alternator. Useless searching and little electric sprites will disappear.

WILL NOT FIT E46 1999

The site says it will fit almost all 3 series 99-04 and in particular the 328 I have, it has no plug just 2 battery posts. So I sent it back and ordered the correct one saying it didn't fit my car.

It looks like the shaft may have been bent, maybe because it was bad.

Unthreaded if you don't understand what it will be when replacing. Not packed properly. And it makes a lot of noise when working. It seems the stem may be bent, possibly due to poor packaging. Can't even return it because he's in a car. And I will not spend extra money on another. Don't skimp on the Bosch device and make sure it's THREADED.

E36 M3 quality product. For assembly you must use the lower screw of the original alternator.

Excellent product for the money. Fits there like a glove. I want to help others with the installation process. This unit does not include a threaded bolt for the lower terminal screw. You will need to remove the end bolt from the original alternator and drive it into the new block. Use the edge of the table to drive the end screw into place. Don't overdo it or it won't fit properly back into the car. Also, the first attempt to install fails. The product is of high quality and produces the right
