Works perfectly. I installed this on a Kubota L225 tractor.

Works great. I installed this on a Kubota L225 tractor with minimal modifications. I even used the factory adjustment rod (top mount). Holds the battery well and warms even when idle.

Great product but absolutely terrible support. Disgustingly unfriendly customer service!

Good product but make sure YOU know what you need and how to install, connect etc because the seller won't help you if you don't! They don't give you a schematic for the generator and if you call they will 1. cut you off. 2. sending you to the really smart guys voicemail and 3. rudely asking you to send it back because we won't give you support!

No documentation - Internal regulator not configured for marine use

The generator comes with no documentation or wiring diagrams. When they called the company and spoke to their tech support, they told me they don't have and don't provide that kind of documentation, nor do they offer any wiring assistance. The connection terminals on the generator are not marked in any way. Although it went into my application and my wiring harness appeared to match the alternator, it required an additional ground connection that was unmarked, was not part of my original wiring

Voltage setting too high

WARNING: This alternator is set at 14.7 volts which will cause your batteries to overcook at high temperatures. The good news about this alternator is that it is a perfect match for the Hitachi alternator that was replaced on my Yanmar 3GM30 diesel engine. It was a plug and play replacement and it worked. However, the pulley was black plastic, not the brass shown in the picture of the item. It's rated for 80 amps, but I haven't tested that. Having just installed it, I can't comment on its…
