DealerClick DMS is a web based software solution designed to help dealers sell more vehicles.

I've used dealerclick dms since 2012 and I love it. It's great to see how far they have come and now I am getting ready to make the move to them. The last module was recently released and it's been exciting watching them expand their products to meet my current needs and add new ones as I grow. The level of customer service and tech support is excellent. You will receive quick responses and they always go above and beyond to help. I would recommend anyone who wants to grow their business…

Pros
  • You can email them with a question and you know someone will answer within minutes.
  • They continue to develop and improve their product.
Cons
  • The learning curve is steep and I haven't mastered everything yet.
  • It doesn't have all of the functionality of other analytics tools

  • There is a wide range of reports and graphs to give insight into what is going on.
  • are all easily accessible and can be exported into various formats.
Cons
  • Only available online or through web based applications.
  • Sometimes not able to retrieve orders or enter/update information on their own, unless someone else enters it first.
  • You can manually edit each item one at a time but that can become tedious

We've been using DealerClick since 2011. We've used every version since 2.0 and have found them all excellent products. We love that we don't have to pay monthly fees for any of the software and there is no limit on how many vehicles we can manage. It has made managing my business easier and I would recommend anyone who wants a fully integrated system to use DealerClick.
