2-Ounce DecoArt Patio Paint in Rich Espresso: Metallic Acrylic Paint Review

Used this to repaint worn paint on the license plate bracket. The color is as advertised and looks great. As for the effect of the elements, we shall see.

I am very pleased with the rich golden color and how easy it is to apply. It really took my handmade pottery to the next level!

I have used this twice for Mother's Day art projects for the grandparents in the family. Works well and lasts for years. Note that it stains clothing and other surfaces.

These colors are beautiful colors! For all DecoArt Patio Paints: I use them to draw stones for the holidays etc. I also paint stones as plant markers (so they don't get blown away). I don't know if it will hold up well when exposed to the elements. It is said to be more suitable for outdoor decorative painting. I'll let you know if much goes away over the winter.

I have used this paint on many projects that have been subject to excessive wear or water and have been very happy with the results. I even used it to paint my favorite soap box, which is used by three people every day, and it took me over a year to repaint it. I've used it to add detail to our boring plastic mailbox and it's held up through the inclement weather for all of last year. I trust this brand and only use the patio for anything that gets a lot of wear/exposed.

Absolutely gorgeous! I used this paint to recreate part of the concrete statue of Mary that my late mother loved. The statue is outdoors and is also beautiful at night thanks to a solar-powered spotlight. The paint was easy to apply, covered well and only needed one coat to complete the job. Best of all, the rain just drips onto the paint and rolls down the statue. My mother would be happy with the results. And you will love it no matter what task you do! The golden color just shimmers…
