They do the best job with nails

I had them fix 4 leather chairs I've had for a long time, I replaced the old leather with new leather, restored the wood to resemble its original style. These nails did the job, I have no complaints, they're also a lot cheaper than others I've gotten in the hobby lobby.

Cons
  • Protection

Perfect for my project

I recently reupholstered an old chair and needed decorative nails to finish it off. I'm new to this craft and was looking for the perfect nail. These nails were perfect. I wanted the nail not to be too shiny, but to stand out. They are also durable and easy to use.

Cons
  • Crumpled

Absolute rubbish - one-time use / better get it right the first time.

Absolute nonsense. I thought I would buy a better product. I was wrong. They're from German cars, but if you read the box, they're from China - badly drawn crap. 7/11 broke on removal/replacement. I have nails from an 80 year old chair project that I still use and are still holding up.

Cons
  • There are defects

Looks good but a bit weak after installation

Nice antique copper color, nail heads are smooth and traditional looking. The problem is that part of the pin or stem is weak and most of them are bent when I added them to the chairs. I had to place them in different places by hand (as opposed to a small hammer) to keep them from bending. In a nutshell? Spend more and buy more durable ones!

Cons
  • Some bugs

Good results once you get the hang of it

I used these nails on my first upholstery project. They look great on a chair upholstered in copper-colored leather. Nailing them straight down takes practice. Many buckled or slipped off center on the final hit due to a kink at the junction of the cap and the nail under the cap. Use needle-nosed pliers to set them as low as possible, then with a final dead-center blow, push them back into their original position. I have found that the Dritz Nail Spacing Guide helps set the correct spacing, but

Cons
  • Will do
