The product corresponds to the description. Installation was easy. The bottom of the box is difficult to reach. Adds a nice touch and doesn't take up valuable space.

I bought two of these boxes to fill with sand to level my plow. They will work fine for this, but if you want them to hold items and keep them safe I wouldn't recommend them.

If you have a tundra with a rail system, you can't open the lid. You should get a crate swinging off the rails. I'm sending mine back as it doesn't fit the 2010 Tundra with the track system.

All descriptions of this product, even on the DeeZee website, state that the boxes fit under the hard covers. The problem is that the mounting rails for the duvet do not allow the lids of the boxes to be opened. So they don't work on LID trucks. To make matters worse, the internet sale/revain shop deducted a "restocking fee" from the sale when I returned them because they didn't work properly. Also suitable for short beds. I'm still able to get to my tiedown. I had to sand the front bottom corner where the bed meets the back of the wheel arch. On these new trucks, the corner is no longer square, but very rounded. I just used my electric grinder and tweaked a few times to get it right. It's definitely plastic, I don't like the hardware mounting options, specifically because I plan to mount the truck with the clamps I just bought at some point. I will be hiring a welder to install tool boxes with specific instructions so I can use my ladder racks that attach with clips and would like to be able to remove both without removing the wheel well tool boxes.
