Easy for anyone who knows AutoCAD well

It has all my CAD work data, including BOMs and drawings - so it's not possible to import from another database into this one! All your files are in there - but they want ££'s out of you before even taking up office space (that I can see). Nothing at all other than that as yet; no functionality complaints either currently or when we first started using them on day one 18 years ago!! Highly recommended if your system doesn't have everything already held within it, otherwise don't choose because…

Pros
  • Easy interface,
  • Fast results.
  • Saves hours for me personally compared working previously alone manually creating 2D parts by hand which takes far longer especially given our designs/data requirements grow each year along ever increasing numbering complexity due changes over 20+ yrs., i wish could easily find similar help locally here too instead.:)
Cons
  • Some disadvantages

Great modeling application if learning curve isn

I like that you can use it with both 2d and 3d models, which really helps when transferring them to other applications (e.g., Rhino). You cannot save files directly in this program; however there are additional tools available through third party software such as Autodesk Fusion 360 or Sketchup to export your model from deep view. The tool has been used by my team at work for several years now since we started using Revit MEP. We have found it very useful during our design process. I like that…

Pros
  • Easy interface
  • Can load images into drawings/templates without having any CAD experience.
  • Useful if working remotely via VPNs instead
Cons
  • Some little things

Very useful tool for converting between different file formats

I like that you can use it as an add-on to your existing application, or build from scratch using their API if needed (which was our preference). The UI could be more intuitive but overall we're happy with how things work so far without any major issues at this point in time! We have been able solve some very specific problems relating specifically around image data analysis - epecially those related towards plant phenomics research where having access across multiple platforms has really…

Pros
  • We really like that you can build your application from scratch or use the API, or use it as an add on to your existing application, and the UI
Cons
  • We're working around this at the time of this review
