Have a glossy screen, works great, always buy from Amazon or refill Amazon, been 2 months + and no problems. Keep in mind that your XPS needs to be 1080p to start with, if you try this on a non-1080p model you will run into problems.

Works as advertised! So far I've used the new screen for at least 20 hours with no problems; good color, no dead pixels. In a word, it's like new again.

It should be possible to choose between glossy or matte and not just "availability" they sent me a matte screen, I wanted glossy.

I installed it myself and have been using it for two months. Not crisp like the original display, but it's a better and cheaper replacement.

The bluish color is not as great as my native screen. For a little over a year it had a backlight issue on the top panel. This causes a gray cast on the screen. Another backlight failure occurs within two years.
