Error within 1 month. The resistive feedback sensor stops moving with the pin so the car's computer thinks it's not working and the check engine light comes on again.

For a 1998 Isuzu Trooper the EGR valve fit just as well as the stock and more importantly it worked well. There were a couple of gaskets in the kit, it wasn't difficult to replace them.

We bought it in 2019 and have struggled every day since the EGR was in the closed position. After retesting, the valve does not move at all. What a huge waste of money!

After buying two aftermarket valves I gave up and bought an OEM valve, my passport works fine, the engine gauge is no longer checked. I believe when it comes to exhaust issues, go to the OEM!👍🏻

Sold as compatible - does not provide adequate airflow (P0401) on a 1999 Isuzu Trooper. AFAICT is the right model. I completely cleaned both the inlet back to the coil and the outlet to the inlet before installing - hoping to avoid buying a new EGR. But after a week of codes I refused, sent this one back and got the one recommended by Standard Motors - installed, working fine, 200 miles (even during COVID lockdown) and no codes. I have a 2000 Isuzu Rodeo LS and have cleaned the EGR valve twice and it's probably on its last legs. It's easy to replace as I cleaned the original part twice. The hardest part was diagnosing and saying "thank you” to my local auto zone. But they didn't have that part, but the seller gave me good advice on how to clean it. After a bit of searching on the net I found out that Isuzu built 1999 Holden Jackaroo in Olympic Edition V6 3.5 and Isuzu Trooper for this purpose is identical. The price for an EGR repair here in Australia was $800 so I decided to look for a cheaper alternative. Tried Ebay - $315 including shipping, Wreckers - $165 including shipping but used. So checked out Revain and found a $150 item shipping to Australia. The ONLY problem is that AMAZON has now marked this item as not shipping to Australia
