Didn't last 2 months

When it arrived there was a small crack on the outer casing, thought the inside was fine, the truck was completely disassembled and waiting for this pump, installed the pump and a new fuel filter, it was February. 04/26/2020 is now 04/15/2020 and the pump is out of service! It's been 30 days and I can't return to Amazon. VERY DISSATISFIED. That's a lot of work to replace without a lift. ****** Edit ***** Revain customer service was very helpful in finding a replacement. Many Thanks.

Complete Pump Assembly

I used this fuel pump assembly on a 2001 Tahoe with a 5.3 liter engine. became less than 1/2 full. This pump assembly is an updated design and is more reliable than the original design. This is a complete assembly that includes the pump, intake manifold, fuel filter, level sensor, sensor arm and float. It also came with a new electric scythe and everything fitted perfectly.

  • GOLS Certified

  • Hard to tell

Worked exactly as described on a 2002 Yukon 4.

Worked exactly as described on a 2002 Yukon 4.8 SLE. The only downside was that the stock wiring had to be modified slightly to get the pump working using the included plug and butt connectors. I used heat shrink tubing over the butt connectors and taped them around, then installed a new wire loop for an original look that has never been touched by human hands. and advanced auto parts. Three local auto parts stores refused to agree on prices, so Revane took over my overnight delivery business.

Fixed poor condition and fluctuating fuel pressure

Had a 6.0L with 195,000 miles and the engine almost died but not quite. You can ride it a little longer. Two lean fault codes on both engine banks. The fuel pressure was checked and it was very erratic and fluctuated rapidly - from 30 to 50psi. Replacing the fuel pressure regulator in the rail did not change anything. The fuel pump was definitely the culprit. Now with a new regulator, pump and filter the idle reading is 50psi. Works great, not in bad condition anymore. Hope this helps someone…

Works great so far.

The pump went in without any problems. It has been redesigned from the original model that was installed 14 years ago. The new pump does not have a snap-on filter/strainer and comes with a universal wiring harness. You will need to cut the existing wiring harness and solder/solder the included wiring harness to the truck's wiring harness. Wiring diagrams are supplied for all makes and models this pump is designed for. A word of warning. The pressure sensor on top of the pump is quite…

BEST VALUE!

The cheapest and best opportunity to get the original. If you get a lean code 1 and/or 2, check the fuel pressure first. Standard GM trucks need to be 55 to 62 psi under load. Mine was at 45psi. Don't forget to replace the fuel filter with an AC DELCO and a fuel pump trim ring (it costs less than $4). Most importantly, I drain all remaining gas from the tank and have someone with thin hands reach into the tank and remove any deposits as this is the number one reason a clogged fuel filter causes

Delphi is considered the best pump you can buy for this car model.

Revain kept emailing me feedback on this pump so here it is. I didn't want to review it too early as it was only installed in my 2001 Tahoe for about a month. My Tahoe started to run badly. As in no, no, no, no, no, vroom. It took several revolutions of the engine to start. I was able to turn the key three times for the EFI to do its thing to get more fuel into the engine and when I turned it it started right away. I saved $100 buying this part from Revain including tax and shipping. The Delphi

Same as OEM.55 PSI as expected.

I needed to replace the pump assembly on my 2000 Tahoe. This block looks the same as the one installed after the OEM block failed. Works well so far, and replacing it has taught me a few things to share. The biggest problem was emptying the tank. These vehicles have an anti-siphon device so you can't just use a four foot garden hose and siphon. :-(. So put the rear wheels of the car on a set of ramps. Disconnect the 2" filler line from the filler tube and you can drain from there. To avoid many
