Delphi uses winding process techniques to control the length of wire between adjacent windings. That’s important because more length results in greater voltage differences, which in turn create more pressure that could break down the insulation and wire coating. Delphi's ignition coils are engineered to Original Equipment specifications. Delphi's ignition coils are designed with proven materials, such as high quality wires and wire coating that resists the cracks, pin holes and imperfections that most often lead to failure issues. Epoxy vacuum techniques reduce air bubbles in the epoxy, because having fewer air bubbles increases the epoxy's insulation quality and reduces the chances of energy punch-through failures. Delphi's coils are designed and endurance tested to resist the common stresses that cause failure.

Not Worth the Trouble

My analysis of this automotive ignition part showed that it was a complete waste of money. It failed to work properly after just a few months of use, leaving me stranded on the side of the road. The only positive aspect was the initial ease of installation. However, the cons outweigh this small benefit. I wouldn't recommend risking your safety by investing in this unreliable product.

Excellent value for money and quality. - Ignition Parts

Replaced OEM coils on my 2005 Toyota Sequoia. 3 times cheaper than Toyota brand parts, $8 cheaper than Denso brand parts. Should work with all Toyota 2UZ-FE engine applications.

Delphi Coils 2002 Sequoia Coils

...change a few bad actors. Eventually the Check Engine light came on with codes P0305 and P0307. I rebooted my system and drove the truck for another week until the check engine light came on again. I've noticed slight misfires while driving this week, but I wanted to try to isolate the problem just to be sure. When the check engine light came back on, it showed P0307 and several random misfires. So I'm dealing with bad gas? I'm not exactly sure, but since I ordered all the replacement spools,
