Most reliable sourcing tool with fastest response time

The ability to get multiple suppliers at once for quotes is my favorite feature! I also like that they have an API as well so we can pull data from them after initial quote generation. That's not what i dislike about them, but rather their price structure. They do charge relatively high fees compared to others out there. This makes it hard when trying to compare prices. If you want the best quality and service then use this supplier. We needed to be able to send one email request to all our…

Great tool for understanding product usage and demand

The tool is easy to use, and the product team has done a great job at keeping the platform up-to-date and accurate. The tool is a great starting point to get a sense of what products consumers are using and how they use them. Some of the categories are better than others, and the team is looking into ways to make them better. It is helpful to get a sense of the products people are using, and where the demand is. Quickly responds to issues and understands needs

I like how quickly they respond when you have questions about their product - it's great! That being said, sometimes there is an issue where we need something immediately but can't get through until later than expected (sometimes even days). It would be nice if this was more clear upfront so we could know what our expectations were going into signing up for them. We're solving two problems here at once by helping us understand which vendors will do best work for us as well as providing insight…

  • Easy to use
  • Great customer service team that responds promptly with helpful responses.
  • Lots available information in one place from vendor contact info all across Canada downto local city level data points.
  • The only downside right now are some glitches while trying out new features..but nothing major or dealbreaking :)
