I like how quickly they respond when you have questions about their product - it's great! That being said, sometimes there is an issue where we need something immediately but can't get through until later than expected (sometimes even days). It would be nice if this was more clear upfront so we could know what our expectations were going into signing up for them. We're solving two problems here at once by helping us understand which vendors will do best work for us as well as providing insight into who might not fit within our budget/requirements.
