Bad bad bad! - Cuticle scissors

Poorly made - useless. I ordered a pair and the cutting tip blades didn't meet at one point. There was a gap between them so they wouldn't cut anything. Ordered a spare pair and they were even worse with the same problem. It's a production issue. Attached is a second brand new pair showing the gap between the blade tips. This is the case with fully folded scissor handles. They are clearly useless.
