The paper does not separate from the foam adhesive strip

There are places in the roll where the adhesive does not separate from the backing paper. This can happen randomly, every foot or so. Even if you move very slowly, the paper will tear off, but the shiny side will continue to cover the adhesive, rendering the area unusable. This happens with every role. Stay away from it; I do not recommend.

Super easy to install and works great! (Not noticeable at all)

I just noticed a cold draft from the door between my entryway and the kitchen. Ordered 1/2" wide, 1/8" thick, 50 feet (fits perfectly). It arrived in 2 days! Super easy, works and looks great! The door closes a little tighter and needs an extra push, but that's the way it should be. I have additional weather protection for future door projects if needed.

Lightly applied to a strong adhesive backing

Used around the front door of my apartment, mainly to reduce the noise of loud music and barking dogs for neighbors in my apartment. After a light application to a highly adhesive backing, the difference in noise heard from outside the door was greatly reduced. The only issue I found was the tremendous amount of effort required to open and close the door. I would recommend something thinner than the 1/4 inch I used, maybe even 1/8.

This helps seal gaps for HVAC

UPDATED January 9, 2019: I just bought a thicker foam gasket and put it on the door frames on the outside of the door and it has sealed the gaps well. The flimsy gaskets I bought earlier landed in the doorway, and opening and closing the door pulled the sealing tape. Now I don't feel the cold air coming in through the door from outside. OLD REVIEW: I knew this might make the door harder to close, but I had a lot of crevices that cold air was getting in, and closing those crevices helped. So I'm

Sticks and stays in place!

Amazing product. I put it halfway across my patio doorstep (because) I had a gap for air to escape and bugs to get in. It went down very easily but be careful, lay it straight the first time. Once it falls, it will go nowhere. We ACTUALLY had a family BBQ last weekend - 113 people (no typo) and I was sure the job would be ruined. With all these wet kids and adults going in and out of that door all day, but the next morning I was shocked to see that it was still in perfect condition. I couldn't…

Very tight and soundproof.

I bought this to fit around the front door of my new apartment. It worked very well! I cleared the area where I wanted to mount it and then cut it to size and secured it around the entire perimeter of the front door. This material is very dense and insulates the sound very well. The glue on the material is also very good, holds up well. This is important to me because my apartment is directly across from the stairwell and elevator, which means a lot of foot traffic and noise! I purchased a 1/2"

Great for stacking electronics!

I bought this because my AT&T U-Verse receivers were overheating from being stacked with other components and not having enough air space. The 12" x 1/2" size is perfect for component placement. I used to put various plastic objects in between, but when I pressed the ON button, the receiver slipped and I had to re-center everything. They stick to one component and the foam has a high coefficient of friction so everything stays in place. Perhaps a manufacturer could sell 24 inch drives to any…
