Good sensor, but sensitive.

Good sensors but very sensitive to fuel cleaners. What I mean? too much fuel cleaner can damage the sensor very easily. The OEM can be damaged in the same way, but it may take a little longer for this to happen.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Socket required

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The cables are not long enough.

The price is reasonable, the installation is not easy, the cables were 3.5 inches short. and catalytic converter but too short.I had no choice but to rebuild as I needed my van.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Makes angry

Fits my '02 Odyssey and works perfectly

It's only been a few days so can't comment on reliability (although Denso is usually pretty good). But if it fits my '02 Odyssey and the cord length is right - contrary to some other reviews I've read here that said it's too short. It also comes with a small tube of copper anti-seize lube, so that was a plus.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Only available in black

Worked in 2001 Honda Odyssey with P0420 CEL

Tried the aftermarket brand Kwiksen and there were more codes and the traction control light started flashing intermittently. Read somewhere online (Odyclub.com) to become OEM with Honda O2 sensor codes so I gave Denso a chance. Works perfectly, no more CEL. The photo shows old sensors at the entrance and exit. Replacing both took 15 minutes, removing the O2 sensor connector from the Revain and soaking it in penetrating oil. my zip code from Repair Buddy). Sensors come with an anti-seize…

Pros
  • GOLS certified

  • Some minor issues

I've had better luck with this sensor brand

After replacing the front and rear O2 sensors with a German made replacement I had the issue of the van having no power for a few seconds after a brief stop. 30 minutes or so. Multiple repairs were being performed at the same time, so it was difficult to determine which part or parts were causing the problem. If the problem was in the sensors, they were sent back for replacement. After that, the problem occurred sporadically. A few months later I started searching the internet for possible…
