A/F ratio sensor for a 2004 Sienna next to the firewall.

This is one of 2 air/fuel ratio sensors on a 2004 Sienna, located near the firewall high up with the wire up. Turn the wrench enough to get the correct torque. This sensor appears to be resolving P2238 and then P0328 after replacing the front A/F sensor (234-9042). So far both codes have disappeared after about 4 weeks of driving. , both A/F sensors must be changed at the same time.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Repair

Great quality sensor

I spilled BG 44K fuel system cleaner before replacing the sensor. Code changed from P0136 O2 Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 2 - Firewall Side of Toyota Sienna 09 Engine) to P0031 Heater Control Circuit Low (Bank 1 Sensor 1, Firewall Side Before Catalytic Converter). I unplugged the sensor connector and tested the heater circuit by setting the multimeter to ohms and it showed an open. Sensor ordered and installed. I reset the code and it didn't come back. Saved over $40 compared to the parts store.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Without machine

Bank 1 Sensor 1 2007 Toyota Sienna LE

I read some reviews here on Revain to make sure this O2 sensor works for the bank 1 sensor on my 2007 Toyota Sienna Sienna LE with a 3.5- liter engine was. And that. I bought this Seosor Denso 234-9012 and put it on the Sienna. Then I drove the van 25-30 miles and the check engine light didn't come on so the O2 sensor worked for now. You will need an offset O2 socket to remove this sensor, the socket is a 3/8" disc. Removing a sensor is a difficult task to disconnect and reconnect that sensorโ€ฆ

Exactly what the doctor ordered, but I have to change my estimate

After watching an online video showing how to install this sensor, the actual replacement was quick and easy. This is an ideal OEM replacement part. The connector clip fitted perfectly, the wire was the right length and the old block came off easily with a couple of small squirts of penetrating oil on the base the day before and 5 minutes before removing. The package even includes the recommended composition, which does not allow jamming. The new sensor works fine in my 2006 Toyota Sienna Vanโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Easily serviceable

Legal Part of Denso - Sensors

I was skeptical that Revain was selling counterfeit Denso sensors and almost paid extra to buy them from OReilly. I bought another oxygen sensor from OReilly's (need A/F and O2 sensor for bank 1 2009 Toyota Sienna). When this sensor arrived I carefully inspected the box and part and compared it to the Denso sensor I bought from O'Reillys. I'm pretty sure the Revain was a genuine Denso part. I also compared it to the original sensor and they are the same (except the original had additionalโ€ฆ
