After watching an online video showing how to install this sensor, the actual replacement was quick and easy. This is an ideal OEM replacement part. The connector clip fitted perfectly, the wire was the right length and the old block came off easily with a couple of small squirts of penetrating oil on the base the day before and 5 minutes before removing. The package even includes the recommended composition, which does not allow jamming. The new sensor works fine in my 2006 Toyota Sienna Van and my Check Engine Light Code for the expensive weak catalyst went out. I've checked the gas consumption since the sensor was installed and it's off by 10%. My mechanic checked the baseline readings with the old sensor and found the new sensor to be more responsive. He put the old sensor back on my van and the mileage went back to normal. Both sensors are characterized by Denso. I'm confused as to why the new sensor isn't working as well as the old sensor.
