The best customer service!

When I first received this product, I had many problems to fix it on the dashboard. And my first review reflected that. I was contacted by Jade, a customer service representative. Jade sat back to fix the problem. She had to send me a second block which sticks perfectly! I am 100% satisfied with the product and also with the customer service! Glory to the desert west!

Great phone holder. The suction power of the holder will NOT pick up the strokes of a textured surface. Outside, you need a glass-smooth surface. In the smart car I found several places to work, the windshield. was the best. I experimented with the device. Various joints have swivel mechanisms to fix the recorded position. The phone holder does not close.

UPDATE: Support contacted me because I was not satisfied with the product. I was offered a second one for free but didn't need the second one so I got my money back. Nice to know that there is great customer service these days! Thanks very much! The product clip is good, holds tight to the vents, but the clip itself is too wide for my vents. Didn't use a suction cup. I didn't like the phone holder part, it doesn't stay closed no matter how hard I press the textured sides. Does not open easily…

solid mount but not sure about 360 degree viewing angle

i like this stand wanted something telescoping to be closer to the natural hand position from the armrest. This is where I boarded the Titan 2017. The corner you see is the farthest, it leans towards me when I mount the base as you can see. I would like it to be tilted towards me a bit more for better access to the button behind it.
