This is the best shampoo and conditioner I have ever used

This is the best shampoo and conditioner I have ever used. I am African American and bought this for my daughter who has very thick 4b and 4c hair. Hair practically did not get tangled. I've been looking for this type of product for 16 years and finally found it. Thank you Design Essentials!

Packaging Beauty & Personal Care

The packaging was TERRIBLE! The bottle was not sealed and the shampoo was sold out in a transparent pouch! It was "FREE JUST!" Please do your packing much better! I spent too much money on this amazing shampoo to just toss it in a plastic bag like GARBAGE! And for these reasons? You get 1 star. But "YES" of course, I will still order again if necessary.

Excellent products, this time the delivery is not good

I like all the essentials, but this time instead of small packages I ordered large packages. They smell nice and are great for my hair. The only problem is that the two shampoos I ordered leaked in the box and the lids weren't screwed on tightly, other than that I always give five stars for the design.

My hair loves this shampoo and conditioner the best

This is my new hairline crack and DE conditioner! Honestly, I have never come across a shampoo in my life that cleanses the scalp and hair like the formula does. I've tried many and I mean MANY different shampoos and conditions on my 4c hair and never has my hair responded more hydrated than with DE. I bought this shampoo for my curls.
