I bought these to replace my old spring doorstops that broke. You look great. But beware: if you use tools without a protective barrier to screw in, you will scratch the surface. I haven't noticed any scratches since installation.

I have two Xats that like to play with spring doorstops. I had them in my last two houses and now I need them in #3! They look better and fit in the same hole as cheap springs. Goes well with my white trim.

These are really great doorstops. The almost seamless radiant white goes perfectly with white skirting boards. Being so thin, the doorstops appear to be the exact same shade of white, although they don't exactly match the baseboards. Simply put, they look elegant and go well together. I don't like the way the springs look, but be aware that if you go for this one-piece model, your baseboard will rip if someone steps on it.
