How does this subject get such good grades?

Looks soft, fluffy and thick in photos. Don't be fooled by (possibly) fake reviews and stock photos. It's nowhere near what is shown and nowhere near as tightly packed as any other microfiber glove I've seen. The strands are sparse enough to fit fingers between them. The microfibers themselves are lightweight. It easily causes micro-scratches if you use it on painted surfaces. For the price I paid I could throw it away or use it to clean the engine compartment. Great wash mitt! on Sponges and Mittens

My husband and I fight about that mitten every time we wash cars together! After leaving this review I am ordering another one. It is well made and cleans hard-to-reach areas very well. The price is also unbeatable! An ordinary washing sponge cannot clean these mittens so well. It's one size, so it's a bit big for a woman, but I'm fine with that. Both the microfiber side and the rough side are scratch resistant. It cleans instantly after tossing in the wash along with other microfiber towels…

Already looks dirty (because of the color)

I only have it for cleaning wheel rims - most wash mitts these days are so damn thick that they don't work well when you're trying to clean all the nooks and crannies behind 5 or 6 spoke wheels, not to mention more complex wheel designs. Haven't used them yet but I'm sure they're fine for my purpose BUT they need to change the color of the microfiber side - it's already looking dirty. I prefer a lighter color as it shows dirt better / lets you know when it's time to flush etc. I bought…
