Excellent Communication Software: Deutsche Telekom Contact Center

I like most about this product is that it has great features which makes our job easy with its excellent customer service, It's also very flexible in making changes to improve work efficiency. The interface of the software are not user friendly for new employees who have no experience using computer systems and programs or mobile devices as they can be confusing at times when you don't use them often and need extra training from your supervisor if needed.
