UPDATE: I downgraded my rating from 2 to 1 star, not because of the tool; rather poor customer service. After 11 weeks I still have not received a replacement. Turns out it's out of stock at retailers and DeWalt warehouses. As no replacement (or equivalent) was available, I agreed to return the unit for inspection and possible repair.
