Description of Durable DEWALT Plate Joiner Blade, 4-Inch Carbide πŸ”ͺ Tip, 6-Tooth – Enhance Precision and Efficiency with DW6805

Tougher tungsten carbide of the plate joiner plate stays sharper longer. Specially formulated anti-stick coating minimizes friction and gum-up for smoother cuts. Thin kerf for fast and smooth cutting action. Ribbed heat vents allow blade to run cooler, reducing blade flexing and binding. All blades feature 5/8-inch arbor with diamond knock-out.

Slightly thicker blade 5/32

Ryobi #20 biscuits a little sloppy, never had this problem with the original blade. I will try another brand of biscuits. Splashing water on the cookies to make them swollen worked but was disappointing.

Pros
  • circular saw blades
Cons
  • band

The questionable product offering is a real DeWalt.

The DeWalt trademark is nowhere to be seen. The teeth aren't wide enough to cut the right groove so it was useless. And to add insult to injury, there was an expiration date on returns. So we're stuck with a useless purchase. Not the usual high quality from Revain.

Pros
  • Tools and housewares
Cons
  • Slightly torn

I ordered 2 of these and they are both.

I ordered 2 of these and they are both the wrong size and I don't need them. The slit they make isn't big enough for a cookie. I measured the thickness of the carbide with a micrometer and they came out about 0.025 thinner than the blade that came with my cutter.

Pros
  • Blades
Cons
  • Some trouble

Looks like it will fit my Makita 3901

Looks like it will fit my Makita 3901. I've had the tool since 1999. I don't use them much. Usually when I make it it's chipboard, melamine. I wanted an extra blade. Yesterday I removed the original knife. Almost a coincidence. The only difference is the teeth. How hooks are cut.

Pros
  • . Power Tool Parts & Accessories
Cons
  • So far so good
