for every job I've found so far. I've tried it for several things and keep coming back to other tools that I think work better.

After buying cheap 5 in 1 tools and throwing them away, I ended up buying two of them. One for me and one for my husband. They are high quality and will most likely last forever.

Used for a painting project, only washed a few times, already rusting on both sides. It looks like a cheap film is used as the protective layer which you can see in the photos which peels off and then rusts.

If this is a real DeWalt tool then this is one of the largest POS they have ever built or had their name on! It's just sad! From the shape of the handle to the blade - just rubbish! What a waste of materials and exploitative child labor.

I'm a painter/upholsterer and this thing broke in half on first use. I grabbed my spare 5-in-1 Pardi and finished the job. It also cut me fairly well due to the clicking of the metal. Dewalt needs some work on this product

Good solid tool. I drive in protruding nails with my butt and shut mason jar lids. The scraper blade has good hardness. The square angle of the blade is good for opening cans. This is a quality tool that will serve you for many years. If it was rubbish I wouldn't have a problem telling you. Buy the best and cry once.

For me I probably wouldn't buy this because I use it for a lot of things it was NOT designed for. Great tool, wish it wasn't so flimsy. In my opinion, I don't think he will stand up to my demands. I think it breaks very easily. I'm a carpenter who makes a little bit of everything, so I use that as a scraper, crowbar, all LoL. I know it's an artist's tool, but when I started 20 years ago, the guy who basically taught me loved this tool, so I used mine all the time.

Apparently a lot of people who buy this tool don't understand why it's designed the way it is. Carbon steel is incredibly tough and durable, which is exactly what you'd expect from a tool like this. It's great for removing baseboards from the wall without bending over. However, all carbon steel will rust and requires proper maintenance. If you need to clean it for any reason, or if water, acid or really any liquid gets on it, clean it immediately, dry it thoroughly immediately and use mineral…
