Very comfortable socks and they are waterproof until you step over the top of the sock

They fit my foot size 9 1/2-10 perfectly when I bought the large one. The first two times I stepped into the water over the top of the sock, the water actually resisted entering the sock. Unfortunately, they never promised waterproofing across the top of the sock. They filled up immediately after 3 dives BUT the water was never cold - I was in Minnesota/Canada so I was lucky. I've never had blisters despite surviving over 300 lengths in one day - I wore a sock indoors. All are comfortable and I

These socks are great! In the summer I usually go barefoot.

These socks are great! In the summer I'm mostly barefoot, if necessary also in sandals. In the winter, I probably wear sandals unless I'm going skiing, snowshoeing, or doing something else that requires special footwear. I used to wear thick insulating socks and my feet often got wet. If I was going anywhere, I would take a pair of muddy boots "just in case". These socks are perfect for me. They keep my feet dry even when there is snow between my toes and sandals. They are also very comfortable
