I love these paring knives. I am a knife collector and love good quality knives. These knives are good quality and sharp. Good price I would recommend these knives.

I have been using knives of this brand for more than 15 years. I decided to buy 3 new ones. Rust stains appear on them after one use, washing and drying. They should be high quality stainless steel but they don't hold up like my 3 old ones.

I had one of these knives for over 15 years then sadly lost it (probably thrown it in the bin accidentally). I am very happy that they are still being produced and with the same quality. Very sharp, easy to sharpen, easy to clean and feels good in the hand. Nothing fancy but the best paring knife I've ever used!

These knives are AWESOME. Seems to be really good quality. My mom has had a set since I was a little kid and they're still damn sharp and she still uses them all the time. I was looking for this brand to buy because I wanted something of my own when I had my own apartment. I definitely recommend them.

I really like these knives, they work great but when we put one in the dishwasher after the first use it was scarred and all the tiny holes started to rust. A warning that they are hand wash only would be very helpful, which is why we didn't run them, but as long as you hand wash them they're great.

Dexter paring knives are what I was looking for. So far I had to be content with knives sharpened on one side. It is very difficult to cut straight with these cheaper knives. These Dexters are perfect for use in the kitchen. They are VERY sharp so be careful with them.

I bought these (9 pack) because I had fond memories of the white handled paring knives and they were originally very sharp. But now that I've had it for several months, the edge is badly scarred and covered with rust spots. The rust is diminishing but shows it is not stainless steel (not what they claim). In short, they're fantastic for a few months and then you want to replace them.
