Flimsy Commercial Slicer - Waste of Money

As a result of using this product, I found that the yellow handle is poorly constructed and easily breaks.It is not durable enough for industrial and scientific use as advertised. The only pro is that it is lightweight but that is overshadowed by how easily it bends and warps. Save YOUR money and invest in a higher quality slicer..

This thing is crazy

My husband needed dexterity because "that's what Aaron Franklin uses"! So , I get it and the first time I use it it cuts off part of my silicon tip tweezers so this thing is BIG!I would suggest a safe place to keep it due to its length/sharpness.
