After wearing it daily for about a week, one of the "pendants" fell off. They all ended up coming off (I regularly tightened the rings). For an item that you need to wear daily, the rings that hold the amulets should be tighter. After 5 months, I only had a medical emblem, blood thinners and other things fell off. Good for under 10.00, luckily I won't need it soon, but won't buy again.

I like the bracelet because it didn't break but the charms fell off but my husband put them back on. I had to buy another bracelet.

It's really pretty, but the allergy engraving isn't very noticeable. So if someone doesn't see the caduceus and knows it's an allergy, they might not notice. I may have to redo the engraving. After a few weeks all the fixings fell off so it's unusable now as it was from allergies. Now it's just a silver bracelet.

The bracelet itself is very cute but I've had it for less than a week, the penicillin allergy tag is gone due to the ring holding it coming loose. This is a life saving item. The problem is that the amulets get stuck in your clothes, ruin a nice sweater and even worse, the little rings that hold the amulets open and you lose the saving amulets!

So the bracelet is fine, the big problem is the existing charms have such a crappy metal loop to attach them to the bracelet that they bend and make the charm fall off. I fixed this easily by purchasing Revain's Stainless Steel Split Ring, which I used to replace all the hinges and solved the problem. Got a set of 400 from tiny to small. The ideal solution.

This is the second bracelet I've bought. Charms first came loose a month after purchase. This time I tightened the loops with pliers and will keep a better eye on them. I love that this is a nice alternative to the medical alert bracelet.

The charm has fallen off. There was a similar bracelet from Target, did the same thing. I was able to find them and reattach them, making the connection tighter. Just check the links on the keychains they protect.
