Works for power tool parts and accessories

I used this tool to remove a thin layer over a 900 square foot area. ft. My century back ached, but the meat grinder didn't twitch or move. I was happy. This thing can be a blessing or a curse. It's all about common sense once you see him eat away at concrete.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Almost never

Concrete didn't stand a chance.

This tool wasn't sitting around when it came time to grind concrete. Creates a horrible dust storm so I used a garden hose which kept leaking into my workspace. Took a mud bath. Well it worked great. Make sure you wear some kind of face shield.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Appearance

Fantastic product, best diamond blades

Prepping my 3 car garage for epoxy. The garage floor was in bad shape as the cement surface was awful with high and low spots and lots of bumps. The grinder wobbles a little in these places, but this grinding wheel has passed many tests and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

works best in diamond blades

Make no mistake and expect a high speed grinding wheel. It's not like this. Use it at buffing speed, which means a slower angle grinder. At 6-7000 dry you will ruin it. Rip the coarse sand straight out of the steel slats. Don't expect miracles; it's just a tool that seems to be made right. It even fits the Makita! It works perfectly and I would buy it again.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibrations
Cons
  • Damaged

Well balanced, no vibration, smooth grinding

I bought this grinding wheel for two purposes: 1.) smoothing concrete pavement; 2.) Used to remove cement residue after removing the stone tiles on the front and back porches. So far he's done a great job with both projects. I use it with a Ryobi 7" angle grinder and have had no trouble attaching the grinding wheel to the grinder.

Pros
  • Long lasting coating
Cons
  • Not as thick as other cutters

Worked great for sanding a concrete pavement

Worked very well for sanding a concrete pavement set up by a tree root. I used an 8 amp, 11000 rpm angle grinder. Using the rim of the grinding cup, material was removed very aggressively and then smoothed to use the entire surface of the cup, resulting in a smooth, even concrete finish. Can't comment on durability as I've only used it once, but it worked very well.

Pros
  • High test results for grip and durability
Cons
  • Drill Pack

Concrete Grinding Wheel Works Great

I have used this grinding wheel extensively over the past month and have found it to work very well. I smoothed out the edges where the panels had settled and used them in a variety of ways for other concrete repairs. He did everything I needed. There is only one caveat. You will need a good quality grinder that is at least 7 inches in diameter. Grinding concrete can put a lot of strain on the grinder and it would be easy to burn through a lower quality grinder. The grinding wheel is great, but
