I bought this to sharpen knives and couldn't find anything that said it could be used as a knife sharpener so I took a chance and it works great as a knife sharpener! I love it.

Almost good. I bought this to sharpen tungsten for welding and while it works it rocks pretty well on both of my grinders. I don't recommend this unless you need something precise.

Not round. It wobbled before accelerating to full speed and then smoothed out, but as you can see from the photos the wheel is not round and grinds unevenly. Sent back for a refund.

Why buy those expensive tungsten grinders when all you need is this one and it will last a lot longer than those little diamond wheels. This 600 grit gives your tungsten the best possible finish.

I am very happy with my recent purchase of this wheel. It is high quality at a great price and works very well. It fits snugly on the mandrel and has round tolerances with no vibration during operation. I would buy again and they offer other sand options.

the disc just arrived looks good but the disc is not true. For a grinding wheel that doesn't wear out, it has to be round. I can balance the weight but I can't make it true. I'll try, but if you want a precision wheel, this isn't it. UPDATE: The seller has corrected by offering a replacement or refund. I am good with the seller who stands behind the product. I upgraded from two to four stars.

You get what you pay for. The hub is made of plastic with a diamond material glued to it. I made an adapter on my lathe to fit the 1/2" mandrel on my bench grinder (that's how I know it's concentric). The wheel spins slightly out of circle. machined aluminum hub. I only use it for sharpening of TIG tungsten rods so I'm sticking with it for now I won't be buying again.

Good abrasive, leaves a smooth finish. Unfortunately, I found it almost impossible to install on a bench grinder and get it working properly. With an ordinary stone it is possible to sharpen an eccentric disc until it works properly, with this diamond disc there is no method that can correct an eccentric gap in a mandrel or an off-center hole. A machined spacer will be similarly priced for this wheel, so it's a poor price.
