    Best power and hand tools I have found

    I literally spent many hundreds of dollars on every type of knife sharpener I could find. This, with a plastic do hockey setting the corner, is giving me the results I've been chasing for nearly 50 years. I know the stone is only adjusted in the angle of the knife, but this adjustment gives me results I'm not ashamed of - eventually.

    My favorite gadget in the Hand Tools section

    Use this with a DMT blade holder and go for it - I think I have everything in my house in one Weapon transformed , LAUGHING LOUD. It works with almost anything - this piece holds the DMT bricks very tightly - with no play. The leveling bar locks into place when fully open and stays in place at all times. It's easy to swap out the stones and fix the new variety in place. I honestly didn't expect it to be as effective as it is - I almost never use another much larger and more expensive sharpener…

    Not my favorite DMT sharpener

    I've been using DMT sharpeners for years, they are great. This particular one is small, the holder helps, but I (an 8" hand) may need a larger holder. The complete kit (the other part is the guide that attaches to the blade shaft, I bought it elsewhere) will help you keep the blade at a constant angle while sharpening. He does his job well enough. Things it doesn't do include sharp corners, small blades, and it's not that good for large blades (9 inches and longer) - but you can always use…
