bought a box of these rolls for metal roofing work. We live in Florida. It hasn't rained much and the roof has been up for about 3 months and not a single leak so I assume it's working. That was the recommendation of my contractor.

Carrier should pull off easily. IT IS NOT. I tried it and put it in the fridge. It helped, but the substrate is still sticking in some places. Since it is often used on roofs where it is hot, efforts to use it have been time consuming and frustrating.

Supplied in a box, each roll separate from the other. Worked as expected, the paper came off the product well although it ripped a couple of times during installation which required a little extra effort to remove the paper but overall the installation was easy as you would expect.

1/16" not 1/8" and max 5/8". Edited: I had to get a second box. The second batch was thicker and shines to be better have fewer voids.Still overpriced considering you can get a 45" reel from Menards for 4.99.Feel like you are overpaying for RV and Dicor.

I was very happy to receive this tape to complete the installation of the metal roof. I rolled the tape around the edge of the metal roof and it worked. I had to push the tape into the roof to make it stick. When it came time to remove the wax paper from the top of the tape, it didn't come off. I had to hold the butyl tape with one finger and then slowly peel off the wax paper. It was so uncomfortable and I was very upset. I had to do this for all 5 rolls. I will never buy this film again.
