Product Characteristics

The Reductant Heater Sending Unit Diesel Exhaust Fluid Pump Kit is a top-notch replacement DEF SCR pump kit designed to enhance your vehicle's fuel system performance. This pump kit is specifically engineered to pressurize the DEF fluid, allowing seamless delivery into the DEF injector, where it mixes with exhaust fumes. It includes a new sensor, o-rings, mounting bolts, and a syringe for priming, ensuring a comprehensive solution for any speed limiter issues or reduced power operation caused by DEF system problems.

Cheaper than going to the dealer

Replaced at the same time as the DEF heater on the F250 with the tank removed. No problems and the fault code will automatically reset after driving the truck within 10-15 miles.

Good parts as you'd expect. There are no installation instructions. Ko contacted via email. I received several useless replies before they finally sent me a YouTube video answering a question I had.

2011 F250. Just one day but no problems and all codes cleared. The fit was excellent, all screws and O-rings were included and a quick look reveals a very nice and solid part, at least on the outside.

Removing the old DEF tank is PITA. Unfortunately I broke the fitting where the hose connects so I had to replace it. The pump worked for about 3 months, after which error messages about a non-working pump and insufficient pressure began to appear. I took my truck to the dealer and they replaced it with a Ford part. It cost me $700 but I fixed it the same day and no more problems so far. Didn't have time to park my truck and try to get a pump warranty. I gave it 2 stars because it works and it's
