My personal Experience about Diet Box

The best part of diet box is that it helps you to take control over your health by providing healthy meals at home which are prepared in accordance with dietary requirements & preferences, thereby reducing time spent for shopping groceries or restaurants etc., as well! I have noticed some improvement after using this platform like weight loss/ maintenance has been achieved without any stress factor too!! As per my experience so far not much but will definitely try its services again sometime…

Easy and quick meal planning solution

I like that it is an easy way to get my daily meals in without having too much thinking about what's for lunch or dinner! The only thing i dislike, but not enoughtly so as other people have mentioned here already - there isn't really any variety of foods you can choose from within this app (or at least none which are healthy). So if your diet consists mostly out unhealthy food choices then yes its great because everything will be pre-made with low calorie/low fat content etc., however when one

  • Everything comes recommended depending upon whether someone needs protein sources; carbs vs fats ; fruits v vegetables.etc ! :) Its also nice that once set u dont need anything else until next week.
