I like that it is an easy way to get my daily meals in without having too much thinking about what's for lunch or dinner! The only thing i dislike, but not enoughtly so as other people have mentioned here already - there isn't really any variety of foods you can choose from within this app (or at least none which are healthy).
So if your diet consists mostly out unhealthy food choices then yes its great because everything will be pre-made with low calorie/low fat content etc., however when one has more balanced eating habits than just junkfood everyday life gets harder since they don’t know how their body reacts sometimes due to different factors such as stress levels / work pressure / health problems et cetera. This helps me keep track over time by seeing where im going wrong & getting back into shape again after being sick recently.
