I like how easy it is for me as an individual physician, or even my practice group of physicians in our office system can access all patients' data at any time from anywhere within Canada via mobile device such as smartphone! It's very convenient especially when we are out seeing new clients/patients during clinic hours (and they don't have their own computer). The program has improved my business tremendously by allowing me to track appointments and also notify providers when I am running late so they don't think I no longer care about them or their patients. It is very user friendly, easy and fast to use, and the website is simple to navigate through as well.
