Smart Digital Kitchen Scale with Built-in Measuring Cup Review

Very difficult to read. I'm in my 70's and my eyes aren't what they used to be. The display is very narrow and very difficult to read. I also strongly doubt its accuracy. I compared the readings to my old digital scales and found some significant differences. I'll just stick with the usual flat scale

I was very happy with this new measuring cup. However, after measuring the flour in it and baking cookies, it turned out that the recipe didn't have enough flour. I first bought this to measure flour for myself because my other measuring cups are hard to read. I guess I'll have to stick with them and use a marker to write the numbers. ;)

Really thought this would be a great gadget for the kitchen. That's a great idea, but it doesn't work at all. It is great for storing liquids. But the scale doesn't work at all. I put it on water and measure with glasses. I poured 2 cups of water and it made 4 1/2 cups. Not even close. Totally useless if the scale is inaccurate.

I was not impressed with this product. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. He doesn't always zero his own measuring cup. I thought this item would be great for measuring soft solids like lard. I haven't been able to use it for baking yet. That doesn't mean I didn't play with it when I first got it - it weighed a lot of stuff. I've had Taylor for years - that's true, plus in the conversion chart - minus the fact that the mug isn't removable. I used to dip a coffee filter in the bottom to measure things like peanut butter. I hate stuffing stuff like this into a measuring cup and then losing a decent amount trying to get it back. Same goes for brown sugar—wrap it up, then "unwrap it”…
