Love this tripod and ring light. It has a nice carry case so it's great for storage! Works well and my phone (Moto e 5) fits in the phone holder. I plan to use it to take more professional photos of my family. I'll update my review with some photos I took as soon as I get a chance.

The light itself works great but the stand that the ring attaches to is weak. The connection between the ring of light and the stand is not sufficient, not a very firm connection, it is rubber and pressure. You are better off spending a little more and getting one that has an actual connection here, like a threaded connection instead of a grommet.

*edit* The seller helped, I ordered a new cable and now the light works. I bought it in February, it was great for a month and then started not turning on sometimes a month later right after the return window. I just plugged it in and it sparkled and smoked and blew a hole in the rubber! . It's ridiculous for $100 and I really think I deserve a refund or a replacement or something.

I really like this ring light, I like the versatility of being able to use your tablet or cellphone, it's very durable, I've tried other ring lights and they weren't as durable like this one, one of the best ring lights I've ever used. I love how you can increase or decrease the dimming options, it gets very bright and can turn into a warm glow. The only reason this product got 2 stars is because the customer service was great and willing to find a solution to any problems. I would not recommend this product. I would spend the extra $75 and get better lighting from B&H Photography. If you can't afford the extra $75, get this product and buy B&H's best coaster for an extra $30.
