It's lighter than a regular rifle, as other rifle line friends have mentioned, but I like the lighter weight. Make sure you buy some duct tape because mine has started to tear, but I throw high casts quite often so it's understandable considering I only use duct tape.

I bought a 3 36" Elite rifle here. When I received the rifle everything looked pretty good I mean what can I say , it's a new rifle.I noticed a small detail that got lost when I glued the rifle.The screws that attach to the strap were on the side and it took me a good 15 minutes to undo each one, I even had to ask the safety instructor to try and remove the screws so I could glue them in. I have a feeling this can interfere with the rifle and cause it to break faster so please be careful.
