Excellent vanishing ink markers for quilting

These markers were used to create a meandering pattern when hand quilting. It's easy to remove a drawing with a damp paper towel if I don't like it. The theme disappears after a while.

  • Freehand
Cons
  • Good, but not very good

Seems to be an effective tool for marking my quilts

I wasn't sure but so far the mark they leave is clearly visible and disappears when sprayed with water. Let's see if they dry quickly or last a while (which is preferable).

DO NOT USE ON COTTON!

These pens bleached the 100% cotton t-shirts I marked for the HTV logos. Now there are white lines where I used the pins and they can't be removed. I've tried several washes, peroxide, and rubbing alcohol (I've googled possible cures) and NONE has worked. Save money and buy branded fabric markers!

Works, fades fast

This model works great with almost all fabrics and vinyl (backing) I've used it on. I haven't seen it always, it always disappears. On some fabrics it even disappears before I finish using the marker. I'm still using the first markers so this set should last a long time if they don't dry out in the box.

  • No Instructions

A great alternative to Dritz fabric markers.

I bought these because the Dritz fabric crayons I've used for ages fade too quickly. The Dritz pens also have a thick nib that draws a very thick line, which I really don't like. I decided to try these. and I'm so glad I did! They have a thin tip that gives you a thin, perfect cutting line. Also, they take a lot longer to disappear, which is great. I can draw a line on my fabric that is still clearly visible after 24 hours. I love it! It fades over time and also disappears with washing. I…

They work well and at a great price.

Pens got into a plastic bag during transportation - a mess. I've cleaned them and keep them upright in a pencil case, not a sewing binder or desk drawer - I know the ink will fade, but I don't want to risk another mess. However, they work well and have a great price. PS - I marked 2 cotton, quilted squares on the 20th; one with this pen, the other with another brand of 'disappearing' ink bought at a much higher price. Today is the 23rd, the markings on these markers are just starting to wear…
