Good price and this remote works much better than the last I got from a cymbal. At the time the record only had refurbished hardware available.

It's not the sharpest tool in the box but it was exactly the same as my old battered remote and the buttons don't stick. I was amazed that I could find a replacement for this dinosaur.

Product arrived brand new in packaging and works as intended. I think the remote is a small price to pay considering it's 5 years old. But I needed a replacement fast, and Revane Prime fitted.

This remote control is not fully compatible with the latest Hopper and the rating says it needs to be pulled. I just noticed the compatibility message below after it didn't work with my hopper stating that the model is 'unknown' when pairing.

think this remote was for 722, didn't work with my 922. but all i needed was keyboard, torn consoles, and i mean broken. and it works but I don't recommend it, haven't done the 2nd yet. but I dared. I was too cheap to pay Dish almost $30 for one. The bad thing about owning your own Dish DVR is that it doesn't replace remote controls. long story. Okay. much luck.

After manually researching how to get the remote to work with my DVR - since it didn't come with any complicated instructions - and getting online help from the Dish Network geek, I was able to get the remote and DVR recognize each other. After that initial headache, the remote worked flawlessly. It's fast and full of options for the user. I would order this item again.

This remote control works with the VIP922 receiver. I first bought a 40.0 remote that works with Joey's systems. This remote control did not work on the VIP922. I've had trouble finding information connecting consoles to systems. Hope this helps someone purchasing an incompatible remote. This remote control also has a UHF band, so the receiver can be controlled from other rooms. This allowed me to connect an HDMI cable to the TV in the basement and to the receiver downstairs.
